Totally recommend for a brief retreat

Comfortable suite, attentive staff, made our stay memorable with a clean room and a plentiful breakfast selection that got our day started right.

We explored nearby attractions like the Carrier Dome and spent time at the beach, bringing a volleyball to play around. The staff was friendly, and breakfast offered a good selection, making mornings easy and enjoyable.

Unfortunately, there was a noticeable mold smell in the workout area, which definitely detracted from the experience.

The breakfast spread was awesome, especially the toasted sandwiches—perfect fuel for a day of adventure! Plus, Evelyn at the front desk upgraded our stay to a suite, which was a sweet surprise. Win!

But let’s keep it real, why charge $40 for a shuttle to the airport? A bit steep, right? My view from Room 204? Swamp and I-81 vibes, though at least it was close to the elevator.

The suite was spacious and perfect for my bridal party, accommodating over 20 women comfortably. Staff made the day stress-free by allowing an early check-in, assisting with gift deliveries, and even rearranging lobby furniture for photos. The location was convenient, just off the highway, yet remarkably quiet. A well-stocked breakfast area added to the enjoyable experience.

A nice choice for a fleeting moment in Cicero with value for money. The free pancake special from 8 p.m. to midnight was a surprise treat! Consider asking for a room away from the highway for a quieter stay.

We stayed at this hotel during our son's mid-winter break, and the spacious two queen bed suite was perfect for our family. The kids loved the clean pool area, and breakfast was a hit with options like pancakes and bacon. Frannie's cheerful service was a highlight!

For dads, it would be great if the parking area had more spots closer to the entrance, especially for families with kids.
